  "text": "(This note is not part of the Scheme)\nThis Scheme varies the Farm Diversification Grant Scheme 1987 by providing that the Minister will not approve farm diversification plans containing proposals for the carrying out of certain land improvement works on land which has been withdrawn from agricultural production under the Set-Aside Regulations 1988 (regulation 3).",
