# The Farm Diversification Grant (Variation) Scheme 1991, Section 1: Title, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Farm Diversification Grant (Variation) Scheme 1991 and shall come into force on 16th January 1991.
(2) In this Scheme—
“the principal Scheme” means the Farm Diversification Grant Scheme 1987;
“the appropriate Minister” has the meaning provided by paragraph 2(1) of the principal Scheme.
