  "text": "AGRICULTURE\nMade 25th August 2005\nComing into operation 29th September 2005\nThe Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 16(1) and (2) of the Agriculture and Fisheries (Financial Assistance) (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following Scheme:",
