# Farm Nutrient Management (Amendment) Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Scheme)
This Scheme amends the Farm Nutrient Management Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 5).
The rate of grant available is increased from 40 per cent to 60 per cent on the first £85,000 of eligible expenditure incurred by an agricultural business for this purpose.
