# Farm Nutrient Management (Amendment) Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2005, Section 1: Citation and commencement


The Scheme may be cited as the Farm Nutrient Management (Amendment) Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 29th September 2005.
