# Farm Nutrient Management (Amendment) Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2005, Section 2: Amendment to the Farm Nutrient Management Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2005


(1) The Farm Nutrient Management Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2005 shall be amended as follows:
(2) In Article 3(1) (Payment and amount of grants), for the words “40 per cent” there shall be substituted “60 per cent”.
