  "text": "For sub-paragraph (e) of Article 3(1) of the Farm Nutrient management Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2005 there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(e) which does not exceed for each applicant an aggregate of £85,000 under this Scheme and the Farm Nutrient Management Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2006.”.",
