# The Farm Woodland Scheme 1988, Section 7: Restrictions on acceptance of applications


The appropriate Minister shall not approve an application to enter this Scheme under paragraph 3(1) which relates to the conversion to woodlands of an aggregate of more than 40 hectares or less than 3 hectares of eligible land forming part of any one agricultural unit or which provides for the planting of any separate plantation of less than one hectare.
