  "text": "education, england\nMade 19th June 2007\nLaid before Parliament 26th June 2007\nComing into force 1st August 2007\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”).\nIn accordance with section 51 of the Act, he has received a proposal for the dissolution of the further education corporation known as Farnham College (“the corporation”) from the Learning and Skills Council for England.\nIn accordance with section 27(7)(a) of the Act, he has consulted the corporation. In accordance with section 27(2), the Order is made with the consent of the further education corporation known as Guildford College of Further and Higher Education (“Guildford College”).",
