# The Farriers’ Qualifications (European Recognition) Regulations 2008, Regulation 9: Section 16 (offences by unregistered persons)

In section 16(2), at the end of paragraph (b), after the word “determined” insert—
“; or
(c) who is entitled to be, but is not, registered under section 7(6)”.
