# The Farriers (Registration) Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2017, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations bring into force in Great Britain on 15th September 2017 sections 1 and 2 of, and the Schedule to, the Farriers (Registration) Act 2017. Section 3 of the Act came into force in Great Britain on 27th April 2017. The Act is now fully in force.
