Coming into force 2nd July 2009
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 2, 2AA(1) and (2), 2A(1) and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973, with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order:
