# The Feed Additives (Authorisations) (England) Regulations 2023, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent, and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Feed Additives (Authorisations) (England) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 22nd December 2023.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales but apply in relation to England only.
