  "text": "Agriculture\nMade 8th November 2023\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 10th November 2023\nComing into force 22nd December 2023\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 9(1) and 18A(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on additives for use in animal nutrition, and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nThere has been consultation as required by Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety.",
