# The Feed-in Tariffs (Amendment) Order 2013, Article 4: General


In article 11(6) of the Order, in the definition of “dwelling”, for “the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) Regulations 2007”, substitute “the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012;”.
