  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 2015/2045 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument\nElectricity\nMade 8th March 2016\nLaid before Parliament 10th March 2016\nComing into force 31st March 2016\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 43(3)(a) and 104(2) of the Energy Act 2008, makes the following Order:",
