# The Feed-in Tariffs (Amendment) Order 2026, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Feed-in Tariffs (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into force on 30th January 2026.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
