  "text": "(1) Article 10 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1), for sub-paragraph (b), substitute—\n“(b) either—\n(i) during the period of validity of the preliminary accreditation—\n(aa) the installation is commissioned; and\n(bb) the Authority receives an application for accreditation of the installation; or\n(ii) article 7B applies to the installation.”.",
