# The Feed-in Tariffs (Closure, etc.) Order 2018, Article 10: Amendment to article 10 (effect of preliminary accreditation)


(1) Article 10 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), for sub-paragraph (b), substitute—
“(b) either—
(i) during the period of validity of the preliminary accreditation—
(aa) the installation is commissioned; and
(bb) the Authority receives an application for accreditation of the installation; or
(ii) article 7B applies to the installation.”.
