# The Feed-in Tariffs (Closure, etc.) Order 2018, Article 4: Amendment to article 5 (accreditation of eligible installations)


(1) Article 5 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1B)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a), omit “or”;
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “; or”;
(c) after sub-paragraph (b), insert—
“(c) to which article 7B applies.”.
(3) In paragraph (2)(a), after “article 7”, insert “, 7A(1)”.
(4) In paragraph (6), after “next tariff period”, insert “, if any,”.
