# The Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012, Paragraph 2: Calculating the greenhouse gas emissions


For the purposes of paragraph 1, and subject to paragraphs 3 and 4, the greenhouse gas emissions from the use of biomass to make the biogas are to be calculated using the actual value method or the default value method.
