  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Feeding Stuffs Regulations 1991 (“the principal Regulations”) and implement the following Community legislation:\n1. Commission Directive 93/26/EEC (OJ No. L179, 22.7.93, p.2) amending the Annex to Council Directive 82/471/EEC concerning certain products used in animal nutrition (regulation 3(2)(b), (c) and (d));\n2. Commission Directive 93/27/EEC (OJ No. L179, 22.7.93, p.5) amending the Annexes to Council Directive 70/524/EEC concerning additives in feeding stuffs (regulation 3(1)(a)(i) and (b));\n3. Commission Directive 93/55/EEC (OJ No. L206, 18.8.93, p.11) amending Annex I to Council Directive 70/524/EEC (regulation 3(1)(a)(ii));\n4. Commission Directive 93/56/EEC (OJ No. L206, 18.8.93, p.13) amending the Annex to Council Directive 82/471/EEC (regulation 3(2)(a) . . . and (d)).\nRegulation 3(1) amends Schedule 4 to the principal Regulations, which relates to permitted additives in feeding stuffs. Regulation 3(2) amends Schedule 7 to those Regulations, which relates to certain products used in animal nutrition.",
