  "text": "In regulation 15—\n(a) in each of paragraphs (3), (4) and (6), for the words “a Member State of the European Community”there shall be substituted the words “an EEA State”;\n(b) for paragraph (11)(b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph:\n“(b) hide treated with tanning substances and its waste;”;\n(c) in paragraph (12), after the expression “Council Directive 75/442/EEC” there shall be added the words “on waste, as amended by Council Directive 91/156/EEC”.",
