Regulation 3 Amendment of the Feeding Stuffs Regulations 1995
In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)—
(a)
after the definition of “ingredient” there shall be inserted the following definition—
““mammalian meat and bone meal” has the meaning given to it by article 4(1) of the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (No. 2) Order 1996;”;f1 and
(b)
in the definition of “protein”, after the word ““protein”” there shall be inserted the words “, subject to paragraph (1A) below,”.
