Regulation 3 Enforcement

It shall be the duty of the competent authority to enforce regulation 4(3)(a)(ii), (4)(f), and (8) and requirements made under regulations 4(5)(a) and 6(1)(b)(i).

(2)

It shall be the duty of the Commissioners and of the competent authority to enforce regulation 4(3)(a)(i) and (4)(i).
