Regulation 13 Meanings of names and purity of materials

(1)

For the purpose of section 70, any name of a material specified in column 2 of Schedule 2 shall have the meaning assigned thereto in column 3 of the said Schedule.

(2)

No person shall sell or have in possession with a view to sale any vegetable material named in Column 2 of Schedule 2 of which the botanical purity is less than 95%.
