Regulation 5 Matters required and permitted to be contained in a statutory statement

For the purposes of subsections (1) and (1A) of section 68 the particulars, information and instructions required, and the particulars, information and instructions permitted, to be contained in a statutory statement shall be those set out in Schedule 1.
