  "text": "For the purposes of section 70 the meaning assigned by these Regulations to “complementary feeding stuff”, “complete feeding stuff”, “compound feeding stuff”, “feeding stuff”, “milk replacer feed”, “mineral feeding stuff” and “molassed feeding stuff” shall be in each case the meaning given to that name or expression by regulation 2(1).",
