(1)

In the case of any compound feeding stuff other than a whole grain mix, the statutory statement—

(a)

shall contain the declarations provided for in columns 1, 2 and 3 of Part II of this Schedule, as appropriate; and

(b)

may contain the declarations provided for in columns 1, 2 and 4 of Part II of this Schedule, as appropriate.

(2)

In the case of a whole grain mix, the statutory statement may contain the declarations provided for in columns 1, 2 and 3 of Part II of this Schedule, as appropriate.
