  "text": "No material shall contain—\n(a) any colourant other than one named or described in column 2 of Part II, or\n(b) any colourant named or described in column 2 of Part II unless—\n(i) the material is intended for an animal listed opposite the colourant in question incolumn 4 of that Part;\n(ii) taking into account any such colourant as is naturally present, the maximum content(if any) specified in relation thereto in column 5 of that Part is not exceeded; and\n(iii) the material complies with the conditions (if any) specified in relation thereto incolumn 6 of that Part.",
