Regulation 23 Further exemption from these Regulations

The provisions of regulation 13(2) (in so far as they regulate the putting into circulation of additives and material containing additives), and the provisions of regulation 13(7)(a), shall not apply in the circumstances specified in Article 9q5 of the Additives Directive.
