# The Feeding Stuffs Regulations 2000, Regulation 4: Matters required or permitted to be contained in a statutory statement or otherwise declared


The particulars, information and instructions required, and the particulars, information and instructions permitted, to be contained in a statutory statement or, as the case may be, otherwise declared, shall be as specified in, and shall comply with, the provisions of Schedule 4 (save in respect of additives and premixtures not contained in feeding stuffs) and Schedule 5 (in respect of additives and premixtures not contained in feeding stuffs).
