  "text": "For the purposes of section 70, there shall be assigned to the expressions “complementary feeding stuff”, “complete feeding stuff”, “compound feeding stuff”, “feeding stuff”, “milk replacer feed”, “mineral feeding stuff” and “molassed feeding stuff” in each case the meaning given by regulation 2(1) to the expression concerned.",
