# The Feeding Stuffs Regulations 2000, Paragraph 11


(1) The particulars specified in paragraph 7(a)(ii), (b)(ii), and (c)(ii) to (vii) above shall not be required in the case of any feed material which is a by-product of vegetable or animal origin derived from agro-industrial processing, and which has a moisture content greater than 50percnt;.
(2) For the purposes of this paragraph, “agro-industrial processing” shall have the same meaning as in the Feed Materials Directive.
