# The Feeding Stuffs Regulations 2000, Paragraph 12


(1) Where any person sells, or otherwise puts into circulation, any feed material comprising protein derived from mammalian tissue but containing no mammalian meat and bone meal, and intended for animals other than pet animals, the statutory statement shall contain the declaration specified in sub-paragraph (2) below.
(2) the declaration referred to in sub-paragraph (1) above is—
“This feed material comprises protein derived from mammalian tissue the feeding of which to ruminants is prohibited”.
