  "text": "(1) In the particulars required or permitted by paragraphs 15 to 19 and 21 above to be set out in the statutory statement—\n(a) unless the paragraph in question specifies some other method of expression, the amounts shown shall be expressed in each case as a percentage of the weight of the feeding stuff as such; and\n(b) phosphorus shall be expressed as “phosphorus P”.\n(2) An expression of an amount as being within a range of percentages set out in the statutory statement shall not be regarded as compliance with sub-paragraph (1) above.",
