# The Feeding Stuffs (Sampling and Analysis) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2001, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 16th March 2001
Coming into force 6th April 2001
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 66(1), 77(4), 78(6) and 84 of the Agriculture Act 1970 and after consultation in accordance with section 84(1) of the said Act with such persons or organisations appearing to represent the interests concerned and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
