  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order increases the maximum fees payable for the grant, renewal or transfer of licences issued under section 1 of the Cinemas Act 1985 for the purpose of film exhibitions. The Order extends throughout Great Britain.\nThe maximum fees for the grant or renewal of a licence for one year are increased from £173.50 to £600, for the grant or renewal of a licence for monthly periods are increased from £58 to £200 (subject to a maximum in any one year of £600) and for the transfer of a licence are increased from £35 to £120.",
