# The Felling (Scotland) Regulations 2019, Regulation 20: Temporary stop notice: compensation

Extent: S

(1) A person who is entitled to claim compensation under section 47(1) of the Act may claim compensation from the Scottish Ministers in accordance with regulations 21 and 22.
(2) For the purposes of regulations 20 to 23, a person making a claim under paragraph (1) is referred to as a “claimant”.
