Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Fenland Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—

• “Principal Order” means the Fenland Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000^f1;

• “the trust” means the Primary Care Trust established by the Principal Order.
