  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Establishment Order of the Fenland Primary Care Trust, a Primary Care Trust established by Order under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977, by changing its name to East Cambridgeshire and Fenlands Primary Care Trust and substitutes a new schedule to reflect the increased area of the Primary Care Trust.",
