  "heading": "Compulsory acquisition of land",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker may—\n(a) acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development or to facilitate it, or as is incidental, to it; and\n(b) use any land so acquired for the purpose authorised by this Order or for any other purposes in connection with or ancillary to the authorised development.\n(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to any mine or minerals rights.\n(3) This article is subject to article 22 (time limit for exercise of authority to acquire land compulsorily), article 23 (compulsory acquisition of rights), article 24 (private rights), article 26 (acquisition of subsoil only), article 27 (power to override easements and other rights), article 30 (temporary use of land for constructing the authorised development), and article 32 (statutory undertakers).",
