Article 35 Benefit of the Order

(1)

Subject to article 36 (consent to transfer the benefit of the Order), the provisions of this Order have effect solely for the benefit of the undertaker.

(2)

Paragraph (1) does not apply to Work No. 4(b) in respect of which the provisions of this Order are for the benefit of the undertaker and National Grid.
