Paragraph 5 Fees

Where an application is made to the relevant planning authority for written consent, agreement or approval in respect of a requirement, or any other consent or approval under the articles of the Order, the applicant shall pay the costs in accordance with the agreement entered into by the undertaker and City of Doncaster Council on 20 August 2025, or any subsequent replacement agreement as to costs.
