  "text": "The following provisions do not apply in so far as they relate to the construction of any numbered work or the carrying out of any operation required for the purpose of, or in connection with, the construction, operation, maintenance or decommissioning of the authorised development—\n(a) River Dun Navigation Act 1821;\n(b) River Dun Navigation Act 1826;\n(c) River Dun Drainage Act 1827;\n(d) West Yorkshire Drainage Act 1831;\n(e) Road from Doncaster to Selby Act 1832;\n(f) Great Northern Railway Amendment and Isle of Axholme Extension Act 1848;\n(g) Doncaster Corporation Waterworks Act 1873;\n(h) Dun Drainage Act 1873;\n(i) Doncaster Corporation Waterworks Act 1880;\n(j) Aire and Calder and River Dun Navigation Junction Canal Act 1891;\n(k) Aire and Calder Navigation Act 1899;\n(l) Land Drainage (Braithwaite Moss) Provisional Order Confirmation Act 1912;\n(m) Aire and Calder Navigation Act 1914;\n(n) Doncaster Area Drainage Act 1929;\n(o) Doncaster Area Drainage Act 1933; and\n(p) Aire and Calder Navigation Act 1992.",
