# The Ferrybridge Multifuel 2 Power Station (Correction) Order 2016, Note: Explanatory note

This Order corrects errors identified in the Ferrybridge Multifuel 2 Power Station Order 2015, which granted development consent under the Planning Act 2008, following a written request from Multifuel Energy Limited under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to that Act.
