  "heading": "Certification of documents",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State a printed copy of each of the documents submitted with the application for this Order and listed in paragraph (2), for certification that it is a true copy of the document referred to in this Order.\n(2) The documents are—\n(a) the biodiversity strategy;\n(b) the book of reference;\n(c) the combined heat and power assessment;\n(d) the design and access statement;\n(e) the environmental statement, including the figures and appendices;\n(f) the grid connection statement;\n(g) the indicative generating station site layout, elevations and sections – concept layout;\n(h) the indicative landscaping plan;\n(i) the land plan;\n(j) the landscaping strategy;\n(k) the lighting strategy;\n(l) the Order plan;\n(m) the statement of engagement of section 79(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990;\n(n) the statement of reasons;\n(o) the works plans.\n(3) A document certified in accordance with paragraph (1) is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
