  "heading": "Control of odour emissions",
  "text": "(1) The authorised development must not be commissioned until a written scheme for the management and mitigation of odour emissions has been submitted to and, after consultation with Selby District Council, approved by the planning authority.\n(2) The scheme submitted and approved must be in accordance with the principles set out in the odour management plan contained in Appendix 8B to the environmental statement.\n(3) The authorised development must not be brought into commercial use until the approved scheme has been implemented.\n(4) The approved scheme must be maintained throughout the operation of the authorised development.",
