# The Ferrybridge Multifuel 2 Power Station Order 2015, Paragraph 28: Control of steam emissions

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The authorised development must not commence until a written scheme for the management and mitigation of steam emissions has been submitted to and, after consultation with Selby District Council, approved by the planning authority.
(2) The approved scheme must be maintained during the construction, operation and decommissioning of the authorised development.
