  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Fertilisers (Mammalian Meat and Bone Meal) Regulations 1996, by replacing the definition of mammalian meat and bone meal in those Regulations with a definition which is more precise. This improved definition is used in the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/2007), and the amendment here ensures consistency between the two provisions.",
